Our Services
Evolve Supported Housing offers a semi-independent living service that operates within the independent private social care sector. We provide high standard accommodations with positive and supportive environments for residents aged 16 to 24 years.
We aim to enrich young people with development skills that allows them to maintain respect, self-reliance and self-care skills which enables them to make informed, age-appropriate decisions that relates to their present and future.
This will allow the young persons to achieve a successful transition into independence and adulthood. The Services we offer are tailored to the needs of the young persons on an assessment of referral.

Family Home
Each unit resembles a family home setting with competent trained staff acting as positive role models to support the needs of the young person. We also provide structure, support, encouragement and guidance together with emotional warmth.
Relationship Building
If appropriate, we work with the young person’s family to improve relationships and actively support them to maintain the positive links in their lives.
Professional Services
We liaise with external agencies and professionals to support our young person's development. This includes drug and alcohol services, advocacy and legal services, CAMH services, apprenticeships and local youth outreach programs.
