Positive & Supportive Environments
At Evolve Supported Housing (ESH), we provide a progressive supported living scheme within a safe homely environment for young persons aged from 16 – 24, both with and without additional needs, including special educational needs.
All our staff are vigorously vetted and DBS checked before set to work in any placement. They are also trained and competent, allowing them to manage and support both special educational, emotional, and challenging behavioural needs of the young person.
Evolve is committed in supporting their young persons to access all resources needed to gain independent living skills, not just in the home but also in the wider community. Whilst providing a safe friendly placement that resembles a family home setting, the layout of each home still adheres to the security and visual aids plus requirements of semi-independent units, thus creating a friendly but secured living space.

At Evolve Supported Housing our aim is to support people on their journey to independence and social integration. We provide a safe, stable and nurturing environment for people in our care through quality support and housing, whilst helping them build their self-esteem, confidence and character giving them the life skills they need to live independently.

03 Training
Here at Evolve we equip all our staff with a wide range of training programs including online courses some of which consist of Health and Safety, Coaching and Mentoring, Mental Health Awareness, First Aid, Drug and Alcohol Awareness, Safeguarding Conflict resolution, Fire Safety, Domestic Violence and Abuse Training, Nutrition and Healthy Eating Training and many more.
