Supported Living

We provide a progressive supported living scheme within a safe homely environment for young persons aged from 16 – 24, both with and without additional needs, including special educational needs.

My son was a resident at ESH for a short space of time. While he was there the management and support was outstanding. Their specialised approach was caring yet professional so I felt that he was treated with respect and dignity. The team was able to handle my son’s challenging behavioural needs remarkably. The accommodation provided by Evolve Supported Housing was of an excellent standard. My daughter had no issues with her room or other places in the house. My daughter suffers with learning difficulties and substance abuse and I felt Evolve provided her with the correct support approach that she needed to help her get back on her feet and live a more independent life. The staff were very well trained to understand and meet her needs. Her key worker also did a brilliant job.
